Thanks for shopping with us!  Below, you'll find all the answers to frequently asked questions: 

Do you offer samples? 
Yes! We offer Discovery Sets for Goddesses and Discovery Sets for Gods so that you can sample all of our fragrances. Also, sign up for SMS alerts via the pop-ups on our website to be notified of giveaways. 


Where do you ship?
 
We are based in the USA and ship worldwide. All US orders ship free via USPS or UPS. International shipping costs can be found on the checkout page.


When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship out within 3 days but please allow up to 10 business days during high volume. If you need rush services please speak with us using the chat box and we'll take care of you.

You’ll get a shipment notification with a tracking number once your package has been shipped.


Returns and Exchanges

Due to the hygeinic nature of our products, no returns or exchanges are accepted. All sales are final.


Incorrect Address
  

  • Please double check your order before submitting and ensure that you've entered the correct address. If your address cannot be verified, we will contact you for an alternative address. 

  • If your package does get sent back to us, please note there is a reshipment fee (same amount paid on the original order) that will need to be paid for the items to be redelivered. If you submit an incorrect address, we have no way of retrieving the package and you will need to place another order.


Package was marked delivered, but I did not receive it
 

  • Please ensure that the address you provided on file is the correct address. 

  • After verifying please check your order confirmation e-mail for your carrier and submit a claim. Body of a Goddess is not liable for lost packages. Submit the claim as soon as you notice that the item is missing.

Damages

We're sorry that your package arrived damaged. Insurance is included with shipping, so if this does occur, please contact us and then submit a claim. Submit the claim as soon as you receive the damaged item. Body of a Goddess is not liable for damages during transit. They will require proof of the damaged item so please retain it and take it to the post office so that your claim will be paid.
