Below, you'll find all the answers to frequently asked questions: 

Are your products all natural? 
We are committed to curating the most natural products possible. Our body oils and scrubs are made with 98% natural ingredients. Our body wash, yoni wash and ball wash are 100% natural.

Do you offer samples? 
Yes! Please sign up (at the bottom of the page) to be notified of opportunities to receive free products for testing.

Where do you ship? 
We are based in the USA and ship worldwide. All orders ship via USPS and shipping estimates can be found on the checkout page. 

When will my order ship? 
Orders typically ship out within 2 days but please allow up to 10 days. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number once your package has been shipped. 

Returns and Exchanges
No returns or exchanges are accepted. All sales are final.  


Additional Shipping Information: 

Incorrect Address  

  • Please double check your order before submitting and ensure that entered the correct address. If your address cannot be verified by USPS we will contact you for an alternative address. 

  • If your package does get sent back to us, please note there is a reshipment fee (same amount paid on the original order) that will need to be paid for the items to be redelivered. If you submit an incorrect address, you will need to place another order.

Package was marked delivered, but I did not receive it 

  • Please ensure that the address you provided on file is the correct address. 

  • After verifying please check your order confirmation e-mail for your carrier and submit a claim with USPS. Body of a Goddess is not liable for lost packages. Submit the claim as soon as you notice that the item is missing.

We're sorry that your package arrived damaged. Insurance is included with shipping, so if this does occur, please submit a claim with USPS. Submit the claim as soon as you receive the damaged item. Body of a Goddess is not liable for damages during transit. They will require proof of the damaged item so please take it to the post office and retain it until your claim has been paid.
