Do you offer samples?
Yes! We offer Fragrance Flights so that you can sample all of our fragrances. Also, sign up for SMS alerts via the pop-ups on our website to be notified of giveaways.
Where do you ship?
We are based in the USA and ship worldwide. All US orders ship via USPS or UPS. International shipping costs can be found on the checkout page.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship out within 3 days but please allow up to 10 business days during high volume. If you need rush services please speak with us using the chat box and we'll take care of you.
You’ll get a shipment notification via text or e-mail with a tracking number once your package has been shipped. Please check your junk mail folder.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the hygeinic nature of our products, no returns or exchanges are accepted. All sales are final.
Incorrect Address
- Please double-check your address before submitting your order. If your address cannot be verified, we will contact you for an alternative address.
- If your package does get sent back to us, please note there is a reshipment fee (the same amount paid on the original order) that will need to be paid for the items to be redelivered. There will be no refunds for incorrect addresses, if the re-shipping fee isn't paid.
The package was marked delivered, but I did not receive it
- Please ensure that the address you provided on file is the correct address.
- After verifying please check your order confirmation e-mail for your carrier and submit a claim. Submit the claim as soon as you notice that the item is missing. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and you will need to work directly with the carrier.

Damages
We're sorry that your package arrived damaged. Insurance is included with shipping, so if this does occur, please submit a claim with UPS or USPS. Submit the claim as soon as you receive the damaged item. They will require proof of the damaged item so please retain it for inspection to ensure your claim will be paid.
Body of a Goddess is not liable for damages during transit.
