Are your products all natural? 
We are committed to curating the most natural products possible. Our body oil is made with 98% natural ingredients. 

Do you offer samples? 
Yes! Please sign up (at the bottom of the page) to be notified of opportunities to receive free products for testing.

Where do you ship? 
We are based in the USA and ship worldwide. All orders ship via USPS or UPS and shipping estimates can be found on the checkout page. 

When will my order ship? 
Please visit the body oil product page to see the restock date and shipping timeframe, as they are exclusive and are only made once a month. 

When body oils are in stock, orders typically ship out within 2 days but please allow up to 5 days. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number once your package has been shipped. 

Returns and Exchanges
No returns or exchanges are accepted. All sales are final.  

 

Additional Shipping Information: 

Incorrect Address  

  • Please double check your order before submitting and ensure that entered the correct address. If your address cannot be verified by USPS or UPS we will contact you for an alternative address. 
  • If your package does get sent back to us, please note there is a reshipment fee (same amount paid on the original order) that will need to be paid for the items to be redelivered. 

Package was marked delivered, but I did not receive it 

  • Please ensure that the address you provided on file is the correct address. 
  • After verifying please check your order confirmation e-mail for your carrier and submit a claim with USPS or UPS. Submit the claim as soon as you notice that the item is missing.

Damages and issues
 

We're sorry that your package arrived damaged. Insurance is included with shipping, so if this does occur, please check your order confirmation e-mail for your carrier and submit a claim with USPS or UPS. Submit the claim as soon as you receive the damaged item. They will require proof of the damaged item so please retain it until your claim has been paid.
